Executive Director
The Kodiak Arts Council seeks a dynamic individual to lead the advancement of the organization’s mission as Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director implements strategic initiatives to foster the financial, organizational, and programming vitality of the Arts Council. The Executive Director manages and supports staff, creates a collaborative working environment, oversees finances and fundraising plans, engages granting agencies, cultivates donors, and proactively pursues new supporters.

Full-time, salaried, exempt.

Regular work week is Monday through Friday, and some evening and weekend work is required.

Salary range: $58,000 - $68,000
