KODIAK ART COUNCILS'S 9TH ANNUAL ARTIST TRADING CARDS SHOW.gif

The Kodiak Arts Council is seeking entries for the 10th Annual Artist Trading Card show. Artists of all ages are invited to create and submit Artist Trading Cards around the theme: BELOW THE SURFACE.

What is an Artist Trading Card? It's a miniature work of original artwork sized at 2.5" x 3.5". In recent years participating artists have created entries using acrylics, photography, pencil, encaustics, mixed media, and much more. The greatest challenge is to fit your imagination and creativity into the small size!

Artists may submit up to five entries, and choose whether to designate one card for trading (encouraged!), offer cards for sale, or receive all submitted cards back. Complete guidelines and entry forms can be found on the Arts Council website.

Free blank cards to support a variety of mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, and pen and ink, To minimize in-person contact Blank Cards are available outside Auditorium at the Arts Council's Tote.

Entries are due Thursday, October 28, at 4 p.m. Cards will be displayed in the Auditorium through out November.
